Refund & Cancellation Policy

At devəliSH One Foundation, we deeply value every contribution made towards our mission of environmental conservation and social welfare. Since our projects are funded entirely through public generosity, we have a strict no-refund policy on donations, except in very specific cases as outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a donation.

1. General Policy

All donations made to devəliSH One Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay), the amount will be credited to our account and used for our charitable activities. We do not issue refunds for:

• Donor’s change of mind or accidental donation (e.g., wrong amount or wrong campaign).
• Dissatisfaction with the use of funds or program outcomes.
• Duplicate donations made within a short time – in such cases, we will treat the extra amount as an additional contribution unless requested within 2 hours (see Section 3).

2. Technical Errors / Unauthorized Transactions

If a donation was processed due to a technical glitch (e.g., double charge, incorrect amount deducted by payment gateway, or an unauthorized transaction from your account), we will investigate and may issue a full refund. To request such a refund, you must email us at info@develishngo.in within 7 days of the transaction, providing:

• Donation receipt / Payment ID.
• Date and amount of donation.
• Bank statement showing the erroneous debit (if possible).

Upon verification, we will process the refund within 15 working days to the same payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).

3. Duplicate Donations

If you accidentally donated twice for the same campaign within a short period, please notify us within 2 hours of the duplicate transaction. After verification, we will refund the duplicate amount (excluding any gateway charges already incurred). Requests received after 2 hours will be considered as an additional voluntary contribution.

4. Chargebacks

Instead of initiating a chargeback with your bank, we request you to contact us directly at info@develishngo.in. Unresolved chargebacks may result in additional fees levied by Razorpay, which will be deducted from any eligible refund amount. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that are inconsistent with this policy.

5. 80G Tax Exemption Certificates

Refund of a donation will automatically cancel the corresponding 80G certificate. If you have already claimed tax benefit on a donation that is later refunded, it is your responsibility to reverse the claim and inform the Income Tax Department. We will not be liable for any penalties arising from improper tax claims.

6. How to Request a Refund (if eligible)

To request a refund under Sections 2 or 3 above, please write to us at:

Include: Full name, donation date, amount, payment method, and reason.

We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days and complete the investigation within 15 working days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
