All donations made to devəliSH One Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable (except as outlined in our Refund Policy). Donations are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or UPI details. Once a donation is successful, you will receive an email receipt. For donations above ₹500, you will be issued a 50% tax exemption certificate under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, provided you have submitted your PAN and email correctly. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information for the certificate.
When you register as a volunteer, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. We may use your contact details to send you updates, project opportunities, and safety instructions. You can unsubscribe from non‑essential communications at any time. The foundation is not liable for any injury or loss incurred during volunteer activities if you fail to follow safety guidelines provided.
All content on this website – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software – is the property of devəliSH One Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. The foundation name, logo, and tagline are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
